Ingredients
- 500g Nido powder
- 1 small tin Nestle cream
- 250ml fresh cream
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 ½ cup sugar
- ¾ cup water
- Rose water (optional)
Instructions
- Mix the Nido powder and small tin of Nestle cream, and leave for few hours. Then sieve and make kankas.
- Boil the fresh cream and other tin of Nestle cream to make mava. Add 2 tablespoon butter into mavas.
- Boil sugar, water and rose water until thin threadlike consistency.
- Add mava and kankas to syrup and mix.
Tips
Kanka - This is when the mixture solidifies slightly making a crumbly texture
Mava - When the mixture turns think and becomes a single mass
