Ingredients
- 500g cashew nuts
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp ground paprika
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp chilli powder, or to taste
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
- Set oven to 150°C (130°C Fan, Gas Mark 2).
- Mix the oil, lemon juice, salt and spices together. Mix in the cashews making sure that all of them are properly coated in the spice mixture.
- Transfer onto roasting dish and place in the oven.
- Roast the cashews for an hour, turning them round half way through.
