Caramel Whip

Ingredients

  • 250ml fresh cream, beaten
  • 1 tin caramel
  • 100g mint chocolate, grated
  • 200g tennis biscuits

Instructions

  1. Fold caramel and half the chocolate into the beaten cream
  2. Layer mixture and biscuits, ending with biscuits
  3. Sprinkle the remaining chocolate and set in fridge
