Creme Caramel Pudding

Ingredients

  • ½ cup white sugar, caramelised
  • 1 tin condensed milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 600ml milk

Instructions

  1. Mix well, don’t beat
  2. Bake at 160C for 1 ½ to 2 hours in Bain Marie
