Boudoir Mousse

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ box boudoir biscuits, dipped in milk
  • 2 slabs Dairy Milk
  • 3 eggs

Instructions

  1. Melt chocolate on medium heat
  2. Add ½ cup hot water and milk
  3. Add 3 egg yolks and cook
  4. Separately beat whites until stiff and add to chocolate mixture
  5. Lay biscuits in dish, and pour mixture over biscuit
  6. Set and top with ice cream
