  • 2 cups cake flour
  • 4 oz butter
  • 4 tsp baking powder

Instructions

  1. Rub into breadcrumb consistency
  2. Tie soft dough with fresh cream
  3. Roll, cut
  4. Brush with egg white and sprinkle sugar
  5. Bake 180C
