Ingredients
- 250g butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 packs marie biscuits
- 1 beaten egg
- 500g dates, chopped
Instructions
- Melt sugar and butter on low heat
- Break biscuits into small pieces
- Add the dates to melted butter
- When soft turn off heat and mix the egg
- Add biscuits and mix well
- Roll like swiss roll and sprinkle coconut
- Refrigerate for 45 minutes and cut into ¼ inch slices
