Ingredients
- 500g chicken, minced
- 3 onions
- 3 eggs, boiled and grated
- Red chillies, dry
- Almonds and/or cashews, ground
- Cumin (jeeroo), ground black pepper, salt, garlic
- Charcoal
- ½ cup oil
- Cornflour
Instructions
- Mix the chicken mince with the onions and seasoning (salt, cumin, pepper and garlic)
- Separately, mix the eggs, cornflour, cashews and almonds, and red chillies
- Heat 1/4 oil
- Heat 3 charcoal
- Put in oil and cover
- Then sieve oil and add to mince
- Make flat kebabs using hands, put grated cheese in middle, then roll like ghulaab jaman
- Put in foil and fry
