Ingredients
- 1 pint milk
- 1 ½ tbsp vermicelli
- 2 tbsp fresh coconut or 1 ½ desiccated coconut
- 1 tbsp cornflour
- ½ garse powder
- ½ packet fresh cream
Instructions
- Boil all the ingredients together (except cream) until thick, whilst stirring continuously
- Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly
- Beat in fresh cream
- Pour into bowl to set
- When semi set, sprinkle chopped almonds and plenty fresh coconut
